All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new launches), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Mako’s Nails Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we’re always happy to help you track your order or provide support where possible.
